During my college years, I had a senior lecturer who rarely smiled due to her strict demeanor. However, I possessed certain skills that brought joy and numerous smiles to her life, thanks to God’s gift.

During my last year, I advised her to embrace the freedom of a bird: pursue your desires, explore new places, indulge in your favorite foods, and prioritize self-care.

We often neglect our own lives amidst the various roles we play in society, such as being children, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, and so on.

We often neglect our own preferences, devoting our time to others while forgetting to allocate time for ourselves.

I further added, allocate a minimum of thirty minutes to two to three hours solely for your personal contemplation. During this dedicated time, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and find answers to the inquiries that linger within you. Embrace this experience, as it will undoubtedly bring you immense satisfaction.

Experience the boundless freedom of soaring through the sky like a bird, unrestricted and limitless. Embrace the exhilaration as you navigate the heavens, embracing the liberty to journey wherever your heart desires.
